If you are a tenant of a property managed by DMEK Management and have a maintenance
request, please follow these steps:
Log in to your tenant portal: To submit a maintenance request, please log in to your tenant portal
on our website. If you have not yet created an account, please contact our office for assistance.
Click on "Maintenance Requests": Once you are logged in, click on the "Maintenance Requests" tab to access the maintenance request form.
Fill out the request form: In the form, please provide a detailed description of the maintenance issue, including any photos or videos that may be helpful. If the issue is an emergency, such as a water leak or gas leak, please call our emergency maintenance hotline at 905-839-5555 immediately.
Submit the request: Once you have completed the form, click on the "Submit" button to send your maintenance request to our team.
Wait for confirmation: After submitting your maintenance request, our team will review the
request and contact you to schedule the necessary repairs. Please note that non-emergency
requests may take up to 3 business days to be completed.
