one of our rental properties, please follow these simple steps:
Review the property details: Before applying, please review the property details and ensure that the property meets your needs and budget. You can view our available properties and their details on our website or by contacting our office.
Submit your application: To submit an application, please click on the "Apply Now" button on
the property listing page. You will be directed to our online rental application portal where you can fill out and submit your application.
Pay the application fee: We require a non-refundable application fee of $20.00 per applicant to cover the cost of the background and credit check. This fee can be paid online via our rental application portal.
Provide required documentation: As part of the application process, we require certain documents from all applicants. Please review our "Required Documents" page for a complete list of documents that we require.
Wait for approval: Once we receive your completed application and all required documentation, we will review your application and notify you of our decision within 5 business days. If your application is approved, we will provide you with the lease agreement and other move-in instructions.
